A good friend of ours, Francoise, is such a traveller. She spends much vacation time in France and provided the photo for the "Poterie I & II" paintings in 2003. She also spends much time travelling for Rob's work to England and Hong Kong. This painting and the next were subjects she photographed when also on vacation in the south of England on a walking tour with other friends and colleagues. I tried to capture the nosey cow through the foggy window as portrayed in the actual photo. Can anyone name the type of pottery pictured?$100
