River Cottage

This is a sweet, old cottage near the Contoocook River in Penacook, NH. A real New England look from "Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go" at holiday times or in the dead of summer as in this image, maybe to swim in the nearby river! I hope my real estate seller friends will get the idea to have me paint small pictures of their houses they sell as a present to the buyers at closing!!
