Ode To Texas

I found some old Texas Highways magazines at my local library and spent quite a while looking at them for painting images. This one is near Big Bend where I never was able to visit but it reminds me of my decade in a more irrigated part of S. Texas. The arrid lands were never far away. Rob used to say - "We weren't at the end of the world but you could see it from there".
